Sangareddi
This industrial town of Telangana is the headquarters of Sangareddy district (part of Medak district until 2016). It is located 55 Km away from Hyderabad.
This industrial town has three major public sector industries – BHEL(Bhart Heavy Electricals Limited), BDL(Bharat Dynamics Limited) and the Ordnance Factory. It has the biggest industrial corridor in Asia; Pathancheruvu. Because of this gigantic industrial development, this city is famous as an industrial centre of Telangana. As a tourist centre, it is renowned for Manjira Wild life Bird Sanctuary and Manjira Water.
At the heart of the city there is a temple of goddess Bhabani. This temple is considered as a holy pilgrim place. Madina Masjid is located inside Nalsabgadda and it is the biggest mosque here. Only 3 Km away from this city, there is a famous temple of Kashi Vishweshawara. Lord Ram temple near bus stand and Saibaba Mandir at Prashanth Nagar are other famous places to see.
