MBBS admission in Jammu and Kashmir is through NEET-UG. State-quota seats are allotted by JKBOPEE, all-India-quota seats by the Medical Counselling Committee. For MD and MS, take NEET-PG; state PG seats are allotted by JKBOPEE.
